12 Manual download from the Aastra portal

On top of the automatic download of information from the Aastra portal that the AMC+ initiates it is

also possible for you as a user to manually request download of information.

The options in the AMC+ menu are:

• Download conﬁguration

• Download Feature ﬁle

• Download mobile LCR ﬁle

Download conﬁguration downloads all the settings for the AMC+ and also the license for the applica-

tion when it is created in the portal.

Download Feature ﬁle downloads the Feature ﬁle that is assigned for the user. There can be several

Feature ﬁles on the portal but only one will be assigned to a speciﬁc user. The feature ﬁle provides the

in- and out-call features that will be accessible from the AMC+.

Download LCR downloads the LCR ﬁle. There can be several LCR ﬁles on the portal but only one will

be assigned to a speciﬁc user. The LCR ﬁle provides information on how calls shall be routed for this

user.
